Most any stroke would work for getting in shape.
LOL. The inefficient strokes might work even better, for getting into shape!
 
I help out other people with their cars, I have learned to rebuild transmissions and motors. I guess you could call me a mechanic.

Dude, they're dirty and heavy, and economically not worth it except on antiques/collectibles. If you want to lose weight, try the exhaust side: when knocking off baked-in mufflers with a wooden hammer while crouching in the pit, I promise you lose at least a pound per muffler. As long as you don't refuel in-between.

Learn to rebuild computers and thank me later.
