I can't say I see a lot of current in my diving. How much scope do you allow?

with the hard float, I do not need much scope at all, but keep in mind, our dives are a max 35'

How far out of the water does the flag sit with the 2 pound weight? Massachusetts requires 3 feet above the water.

If you're moving at about the same speed as your flag, it's not so bad. Not sure I've done 3 knots though
