No shade on the Eddy but a 2xl is basically impossible to find.

anyone know of another paddle style fin that has positive buoyancy?

I believe scubapro has a couple options... Do you want positive or neutral though, because I thought the Eddy's were more neutral...

More just not negative

How about the OMS Slipstreams? They're pretty similar in weight and feel to the Eddy fins. Dive Gear Express has them.

My Slipstreams (rubber strap) are slightly negative and Eddys (steel strap) are neutral in fresh water.
UTD neutral precision fins might be another one to look at.

Accels are positive in salt water. I'm not 100% sure about ARAs but they are pretty light, they might be positive in salt too. (ARAs aren't exactly "paddle style" of course.)

My Tilos Starburst fins float.
