And you can’t carry gear on a moped.
You can’t? You would be surprised. I regularly dove with a buddy who was bringing two old school steel 100’ on his scooter plus his full gear.
Every weekend folks are diving carrying single alu80 on their bikes sideways where the feet are.

I'm talking about tourists. Where are these people getting their steel (or Al) tanks? And balancing everything on a moped? And getting fills? Look I love BDA diving, but asking tourists to use a rental moped to carry tanks and gear is a bit over the top.
