Our summer vacation to Hawaii got covid-ed, so we're looking to head down to the south Oregon coast, maybe even far N. California.

Are there any dive boats that operate that far south?

None that I am aware of. But the southern Oregon coast is beautiful country.
There is an aquarium in Newport that you can dive in. Not sure of current status though. Otherwise, just beautiful coastline and small towns between Newport and Brookings. Then you hit the Redwoods on the No Cal Coast.

Yeah, I've been down to Charleston for meetings many times, but never with dive gear with me. (And usually for intense weekends and then back home.)

I might see if there are local guides or folks just looking for a buddy and do shore dives if we go that way.
