What is the name of the kind of buckle that is on tank straps? I was thinking "cam buckle," but when I search for cam buckles I usually see something like this:

What I'm hoping for is a 5/8 or maybe 3/4 inch strap with a scuba tank-style buckle for snugging a strap onto a smaller tube; perhaps if I had a better search term I'd find it. Thanks.

I would call it a cinch buckle, the sort you can pull tight by hand and it locks, push the lever to release, that is what it looks like to me.

Frank.
