Does anyone have both the Apeks and Halcyon wetnotes?

So far I lost two Halcyon wetnotes and now I'm on my third. My LDS has a big discount on Apeks and the Apeks ones are half the price of the Halcyon - thinking of trying it out.

Why are you losing so many wetnotes? Wetnotes are pretty simple things, so if you're going to continue doing whatever it is that's causing you to lose them, just buy whatever is cheapest
Ha.. the first time it got stolen, and the second time my it fell out of the pocket during a dive. I don't have a habit of clipping it off and finally a dive with fierce current schooled me.

Kinda bummed losing it the second time as I had accumulated lots of random notes in it that were memories from dives!

you punch a hole on the first or last page, and run the pencil keeper cord through and it is then not having that issue.

My apeks wetnotes arrived today.

My first impression is that it is overbuilt and bulky. It comes in a kit complete with pencil and double ender.

Fortunately, it's modular and customizable. For my wetsuit pocket I'll be configuring it without the outer sleeve. I've also removed some sheets to thin it further - it's easy as they are bound with ziptie and four punched holes.

I've got Halcyon, my LDS has just started stocking Scubaforce wetnotes and they look pretty similar. The Apeks look interesting. I use a small bolt snap instead of the double, I have a habit of losing things on double-ended snaps.
