I've taken 25 mg the night before and I have slept 10 hours straight and feel a little bit drowsy. This is the reason why I have asked if you take the whole 25 mg or maybe less...

I don’t. It’s not supposed to make you drowsy but everybody can react differently.
 
If its not safe to take this type of medication and drive is it good to take this and dive?

It is safer to dive with meclizine than diving sea-sick after dropping half dead in the water :wink:
