Lunch at any of a dozen favorite restaurants. Then drinking beer on the balcony of the Cuda or El Cantil and watch the boats go by.

Lunch and nap and then alternate days with either:
-- 2-tank afternoon/twilight/night diving with Cozumel Chef dinner waiting upon our return to our villa
or
-- dinner/drinks in town

From my years of experience I have learned that Ernesto’s fajitas is strategically located between the southern marinas and town. I stop there for beef fajitas and margaritas, after which a nap is mandatory—dinner somewhere later that night is optional

I have also found that this tradition of food/drink/nap also works with Hogtown cafe, Sunset and other restaurants on the way back into town.

Enjoy hanging at the pool and being pampered by the staff at Cozumel Palace. If my wife is in the spa when the boat returns one of the wait staff greets us with cervazes at the dock. After a few appetizers and lunch we go for a walk into town then spend more time at the pool until dinner.

Does anyone else feed the blood worms to the coral? The guides in T&C taught us how to do that and it was quite satisfying.

Yes. It’s interesting to watch the coral polyps in action and it is satisfying, in a slightly guilty way.
