Most of the FCA vehicles sold in North America are actually ‘Chrysler’ and not ‘Fiat’, they are made in the US and in Mexico. I believe only Ferrari, Maserati and Alfa Romeo (all of them FCA) are manufactured in Italy and exported to the US
From a tax point of view the headquarters are in the Netherlands. More or less like some American companies are officially based in Ireland or even Bahamas, etc.
Anyway, FCA has "merged" with PSA (Peugeot Citroen), but this merge is actually an acquisition by PSA on FCA. So FCA is not Italian and not American any more...
