I'm curious what the pros (commercial divers) are using for defog because you are down pretty deep for long periods of time. Any home made products or brands you use?
 
Blast a bunch of dry air through your hat. Clears up your glass really well.
 
I had fogging problems with the Kirby helmet. Even with the valve blasting it wasnt doing a good job. However I've only made <20 dives on hardhat so I may have been doing something wrong.

Rinse your face with cold water, dry well, pop on the helmet.
 
All of our full face masks possess very efficient defoggers and ample air circulation; so that has never been an issue . . .
