How to fix Halcyon outer shell?

I took my Halcyon Eclipse wing out of storage, and there is a 2-3 inch tear in the seam. Can anyone recommend the best way to repair this? The wing is not used often. It has less than 50 dives on it. Here are some pictures below.

Sewn patch + Aquaseal. This BC is 12 yrs old but the bladder has been replaced recently. The rips come from using the "handle" when changing tanks. You should use the shoulder straps instead.

I believe this is a model that was known to have weak seams. If you're the original owner, Halcyon will likely fix it for free. They fixed mine.
