Hello, Sorry I thought it was sleeping too and I didn't want to wake it up. It is most likely the battery. This would have been at the distributors for possibly a few years because they stopped selling Oceanic a couple years ago. I am sorry, I should have woken it up. Please let me know if it doesn't wake up after changing the battery. I am 99% positive that it is only the battery. I will make it right if it doesn't wake up so please don't stress that you are stuck with a dud.
