HELP with 2FA!

I've tried sending multiple requests to various SB email accounts, but no help! I have another account that I lost the back up codes and authenticator account (lost my phone that had these). How can I have SB reset my two factor authentication settings so I can log into my old account?

I can turn it off so you can login then re-enable 2FA.
