I am a newer photographer. I have a TG-5 with an Ikelite housing with a DC-1 wide angle lens and Sea and Sea YS-03 strobe. I will be doing a manatee snorkel next month and was looking for advice on what settings to use on the camera. Also since it is shallow and close is it worth using the strobe or would I be better off not taking it? Thanks in advance for any tips and advice.

I would suggest Av mode at f2.8 on your widest zoom and probably ISO100, only increase the ISO if shutter speed drops too low. If it's bright and sunny that should give a pretty high shutter speed. I would think the strobe may not be that useful plus the manatees may not like being flashed??
