Does anyone recognize this second stage?

I am sorry I don’t have a better picture, but it is a fairly distinctive front cover.

I am trying to identify the make, model, and maybe when it was around.

Based on some of the other equipment this diver has, I am thinking it is possibly an old Cressi octopus, but I have not found any similar pictures.

Hi Luis,
The only unit that comes close is a China import have tried the web page with a negative finding
The pix show the various 1st stages
