I have 4 weeks to dive next year. I want to dive in the Pacific islands. Which places would you suggest. I don't want to do liveaboards. I like pelagics, reefs, etc. I was looking at truck lagoon. Also when should I travel. Thanks

You haven't stated a budget, so I'm just going to throw some ideas at you:
  • French Polynesia - specifically Fakarava for pelagics
  • Fiji - for reefs and other pelagics
  • Tonga - for whales
  • Solomon Islands - for wrecks
  • Truk - for wrecks
  • Yap - for mantas
  • Palau - for reefs and pelagics

Best time to go for southern hemisphere is April-October. You want to try and avoid cyclone season between Nov-March.

+1 for Solomons, for reefs & Pelagius as well as wrecks.
