Was this the extender that came with the cinch system? But that was only for the lower bolt and I never had the need to use them as I ditched the cinch after I "dialed-in" my system. That is the only thing I can think of as a bolt screwing into a 2nd bolt as the OP posted. Or has he got bolts and nuts confused?
