Yes Sir. I drew it and cut the file on my CNC plasma table.

Please bear in mind the SCUBA tank Bar B Que grill was first introduced at the LA based SCUBA Show 30 or more years ago by the LA Co UIA (Underwater Instructor's Association ) and have been showing up on SoCal dive events ever since their introduction so long ago.
My I suggest that you may want to click on the following thread

This thread contains many many post on adapting scuba tanks to other purposes aka re purposing
Including converting to a grill

Very nice.
You can hook up a transfill whip to an intact cylinder and get that thing lit in an hurry. You might end up on one of those Darwin videos, but it'd be cool to see....
