Sorting Problem

One of the things I do often is to do a search on my name to see if there is any activity in threads in which I am participating. On the old SB this was sorted by the most recent posting. Now it is not:


Last Post
Yesterday 10:04 AM
Yesterday 10:40 PM
Today 03:04 AM
etc...


When doing the search I have set to sort the results by "Last posting date" and "in Descending Order". But they still seem to be randomly ordered.

I have just returned to SB after a few years of SI. I too find this problematic. I know this is an old query, apparently unanswered. Clicking the "last message" column heading while viewing a list of forum threads does not sort threads by last post date. Pete, anyone? Thanks!
