Broken Halcyon STA weight insert replaced under warranty

Those weights are pretty malleable. They can be straightened in 30 seconds with a flat surface and a good lean from above with hand pressure. The mallet suggestion above would work well too, but that would take an extra minute to find a mallet.

That's the new kyphosis style weighted STA. Only issue is, you need the plate to match.....

Your STA probably went to the Hunchback of Notre Dame. Iam sure they will make it right - hopefully before your trip.
