Anyone know what this is? Taken at La Jolla Shores back in March, about 60ft down. There was another one nearby that was a bit smaller. Never seen anything quite like it before in the area.

Of course you should ignore the guitarfish for an alga! (Alga is singular, algae are plural.) Who wouldn't?
