I got a second hand manta reel.

It is a bit stiffer than my other reel when I unroll it, I was wondering if you guys grease your reels ?

Thanks j am gonna try to use some Tef gel

The Delrin bolt nuts on these are so hard to remove

They are nylock nuts. Sound slike it has a bit of corrosion on it as well. You could try a penetrating oil.

Can I try some WD40 on the nyloc nuts ?
