Any pointers on snorkeling/spearfishing Vero Beach via shoreline in August. Thx

This is a good list of sites from Sebastian to Stuart. Some sites get covered with sand depending on the year so some research is nice before going.

I have been to all the spots south of pepper park within the past year and have found some big lobsters and mackerel (don’t spearfish though). I’m not to sure on spearfishing rules from the beach so use your judgement.

Bathtub is a interesting site if you go at low tide the reef is exposed and you can stand in 3-4 feet of water and look for marine life around the rocks. On the outside of the reef it is a spur and grove system and is a beautiful sight. A few yrs ago two juvenile blacktips swan upto us in 3ft of water walking out to the reef.
