Halcyon steel backplate and webbing. I left webbing long and I am 6'2" 235lb and was wearing dry suit and undergarment, so there should be plenty of webbing for 95% of divers to adjust to their fit. In excellent condition.

Located in Scranton, PA. Come pick it up for i'll ship.
