The good thing is it didn't land on somebody. I think I will start taking a small ratchet strap with me on charters.
 
I'm obsessive about checking my tanks are strapped in tight on the boat.
 
Sadly, my guess is this reg is toast. Ask me how I know?
I am hoping not. But it is what it is.

I normally am as well. On this particular boat, I normally bungee in. I didn't today, I tied in using the cord provided. I guess my knot was not up to snuff, the proof being in the result.
