Places to stay in Anilao

A group of us are starting to plan a trip to the Philippines for next spring, we’re thinking of Anilao and hoping to get some input on where to stay. We’re looking for a nice, clean, safe dive resort preferably all inclusive without breaking the bank. Any thoughts?
