It's not up to Amazon to put a Kindle version. Best is the publisher and they'd stick to ePub.

Deep Into Deco will be available at DEMA.
 
Amazon also does not create kindle versions. That is, as Red Sea Shadow says, up to the publisher or author. Kindle versions have to be specially formatted. If they are not things like photos, charts, graphs, etc can get eliminated, cut up, or distorted. I did my Kindle version as an all text due to those issues. It was either that or spend a not insignificant amount of money to have the photos and line drawings specially formatted.
