I need more info about a Aqua Lung Regulator. US Patent No 2,485,039 SN 24369.

The regulator you cite is the original U.S. Divers Company patent for the Aqua Lung. It was the basis for the company's success. You can see the whole patent on Google Patents here:

Patent US2485039 - Diving unit

The main feature was the second hose that came back to the regulator's diaphragm, and thereby equilized the pressures between the mouthpiece and the regulator's housing (main diaphragm). It was upon this patent that U.S. Divers Company built its empire, both in the USA and overseas in France (La Spirotechnique). If you have a regulator with this patent number, it may be one of about five regulators, and we would need a photo of the front nameplate and back of the regulator to match it to a product by U.S. Divers Company.
