First stage pressure question

I have a Bauer K150 four stage compressor. I can't find the operator's manual unfortunately so hoping to get some help here.

What is a typical first stage pressure? I'm reading pretty low I think. Is only putting out about 40PSI.

That sounds normal for a 4 stage machine.
