I fully recommend Ocean Divers in East Bentleigh, oceandivers.com.au - Home
They run a really active dive club out of there (which i am a member of) and all in all are just really good people.
Water temps will be down to about 9c in july.
One of the Dive operators (Dive victoria) has just gone under so it may also be prudent to get onto the Lads at Redboats to book some charters. Thou i expect getting on a boat shouldn't be too difficult given the time of year.
There are also some great shore dive options such as
Blairgowrie marina
Flinders pier
Rye Pier
Just to name a few.
If you want any further suggestions on dive sites or looking for a buddy to brave the cold let me know and ill pass on some contact details.
