Scuba Diver drowns - Cornwall, UK 30/08/2016

Haven't seen this mentioned anywhere but i have just seen the below report of a diver drowning yesterday evening in Cornwall. The report also mentions a 12 year old girl taken to hospital but that her condition was not serious. It does not say if she was also scuba diving. According to some information elsewhere on BBC it appears the man and girl were pulled from the sea by members of the public.
