Plan to Solo Dive in Bonaire the beginning of September. I have read that Bonaire is Solo Diver friendly.

I'm solo diver certified with appropriate redundant equipment.

Would appreciate any dive shops, dive spots, or dive boats that I should avoid as a solo diver!

I have not heard of any that would have an objection. The only dive I can think of where you would need to be part of or follow a group would be a specialty dive such as going out on the east coast.

It may depend on the operator. In 2015, Buddy Dive 'tolerated' my solo diving on the house reef with comments like 'you are taking your life in your hands.' I used buddies elsewhere.
