Hey there buddy!!!

He is getting better! I received this from Cheryl today.

You are so sweet to help Kimber, I honestly didn't know how I could face all these unknowns and uncertainties until you reached out. You feel like an island in a storm. The storm is quieting. Every day Jim seems a little better. They said in his evaluation he'll be ready to leave Tuesday. Physically he is improving the fastest. He may not even need a walker by next week. Cognition is improving but more slowly. I think his biggest challenge will be his eyesight because it makes it hard for him to practice exercising his mind thru reading, writing, games, etc.

He read the Scubaboard compilation you sent. Made him cry again.

So sorry to hear this. Heal quickly. I had a stroke back in 1984 while working on Cousteau's Alcyone. You can get back in the water (with doctor's approval). Hope it isn't too long.
