I have ordered new hoses for my regs as well as a angle adapter. Is this something I can swap out on my own? Any hints or tricks to regulator hoses?

Thanks.

Yes you can swap them on your own. When removing/installing the hoses on the 2nd stages, be sure to use two wrenches to prevent "spinning" the connection on the 2nd stage, which houses the orifice.

For all connections, finger tight plus just a little "tweak" with a short-handled wrench is enough. Do NOT over-tighten.

Have fun!

Thank you @LeadTurn_SD appreciate it. Hoses should be here tomorrow I'll give it a go.

My first instructor described it as a Girlie tight not German beer wench tight. I guess that makes it Fraulein tight?

Finger tight and just a bit on the wrench to keep it snug remember the regulator is made of brass.
