Best tec diving in South East Asia

Hi,
I am Australian, rescue, nitrox, 200+ dives. I am ready to learn tec diving which I have always had an interest in. I want to do a ~1month diving holiday and do all the courses up to and including trimix. I don't mind padi or tdi. Can anyone please recommend me where in south east asia the "best" tec diving is (around February). I know the courses are all about the instructor, I am merely asking where the water is most interesting/challenging/enjoyable at depth. I am currently looking at Koh Tao.

I have done my full cave course with Ben Reymenants from Blue Label Diving in Phuket. That was nice. Friendly person. He teaches all you want, so trimix and ccr too.
