DRIS 1000 Lumen Can Light... thoughts?

update: don't use magnets if you get the wrong batteries. it will interfere with the button.

just buy the cheap little disks with a brass button in them they sell for e cigarettes. works fine.

I have one of these can lights, as well as four of their Impact backup lights.

While I'm quite happy with the 1K Impact lights, the can light... bluntly, it was utter crap.
The light output was about what I expected, but the canister itself was problematic. With less than 30 dives on it, the black coating was flaking off the can, and the cheap pot metal cap was chipping away around the edges.
I've bought a number of items from DRIS, and although THIS item was complete garbage, everything else has been excellent, and the folks at DRIS have always been very good.
