Almost any first stage using the fifth port for hose routing will partially block access to the valve hand wheels, especially for a diver with flexibility issues. Consider increasing the angle of the first stages, so they are not so much horizontal and at more of angle with the fifth port facing a little down. That will move the top of the first stage up and away from the hand wheel.
