LDS recommendation in San Mateo?

Acquaintance of mine is looking for an LDS in San Mateo to get lessons. Older guy that did some diving back in the '60s.

Is Wallin's still a good place to send him?

wallins isn't bad, but it has peninsula prices. if he is looking for more bang for the buck, he should drive down to any water sports.
