Elena just introduced me to this forum... I'm afraid I did not realize there was a women's specific thread. Awesome!

I have a blog at www.WomenUnderwater.com and my colleague Renee Power and I have just completed a book titled Women Underwater. It has been a long time writing, but we are glad to have it out in the world! It covers ladies specific gear advice, health issues, social factors and career guidance. It also has a current listing of scholarships and internships that are available to women divers.

This is more of an intro than anything else. I hope to participate more fully in this thread.
