Can anyone tell me if the Thermoprene fits according to Henderson's size charts or if you wear the same size as your normal clothing size? According to sizing charts I need to go up a size from my clothing size but I have seen reviews for the 3 mm that say to go down a size.

I currently own 2 Henderson's and they are two different sizes but both fit well. I normally wear a 4 in clothing. My Henderson Gold Core 3mm is a size 6 but my other Henderon 5 mm made of regular neoprene (not stretchy) is a size 4. Maybe the gold core material makes for a tighter fit? Anyway trying to decide which size to try.

Hate ordering wetsuits! Sizing is so confusing!

The size chart on the Henderson website is true to size.

Standard neoprene wetsuits never seem to fit me correctly. I always wear some type of super-stretch neoprene. Fits my figure better!
