Good eats in kona Hawaii in March?

Will be there 10 days in March.
I like variety of food. Planning on eating a simple breakfast, lunch maybe a subway or deli and nice dinner.

Where can I get good kalua pork in big island?

Is there any island or Caribbean food?

Pls advice. ....I eat anything lol
