Diving in UAE and Chania, Crete

Hi, going on a trip in Nov and have the opportunity to dive in Crete, for 1 day. Also have 12 days in UAE. Anyone know any good dive shops in those areas?

I would recommend the cavern dives and especially Elephant Cave.

better to do booking in advance because the season is pretty much off at the time.
