According to Lake Jocassee Dive Shop, the ramp reopens March 1st.
 
Yes, The water @110 ft. was 48 degrees Wednesday (@ the ramp).

Yesterday:
I think the surface temp. was 60-something. Average was 52.
Visibility sucked until about 90' (tons of pollen ).
48 degrees @ 118', clear and black, like night dive (me likee), just above "Deep Wing".
Water level was 4' below "full pond" according to Trip.
The weather doesn't look great re diving from the ramp (possible lightening) maybe Sunday I'll be there. Hope this helps.
