twin rocks has large schools of jacks. havent heard of MOS scuba dive resort though. most popular among the regulars here is aquaventure.

the korean resorts cater primarily (exclusively?) to koreans...
there are tons of other resorts in anilao that will gladly take you in and speak in english (unless you're korean in w/c case enjoy!)
PPD vouched resorts are (in no particular order):
balai
aquaventure
planet dive
acacia
portulano
dive and trek
some of the PPDs have also tried
villa ligaya
crystal blue
mayumi
Jag
there are tons of other resorts in anilao that will gladly take you in and speak in english (unless you're korean in w/c case enjoy!)

Yes, there are tons of resorts in Anilao with good care and service.
MOS Anilao is also absolutely one of the finest reasonable place that
welcomes you with the great comfort for all recreational divers and photographers.
Been running the business over 10 incredible years in Anilao with zero diving accidents(officially announced) with the intensive reef & divers protection mind
and we are always honored and proud of that.
