Who wants to build a wet submarine ? The likes of all those predecessors , aerojet , cosmos , healthways seahorse and more . A simple intuitive design and resourceful ideas it could be built for $5000.00 that not including labor . Ride all those teceees around the Wilkes Barre could cover the cost in a hurry . Have a good dive !! EastWest
 
How much would it weigh, how do you launch and recover if it's just a little rough
 
This guy has been trying to sell this submarine on Craigslist for what seems like at least 6 months.
 
The British in WW2 has some sort of submersible kayak/wet sub for special ops. That would be something to make with updated materials. Who knows you could probably sell them to the Pentagon for $100K a pop.
