OK, OK, there is Texas Mike too, and I guess since they are twins and all that they only need an isolation manifold to keep them apart. :tease:

i remember once i did a dive abroad about 3 years back and i saw this jet ski....nearly brand new and looked brilliant........i really wanted to get it lifted out ....but i didnt have the right equip......it still lies there to this day :(

While diving along the edge of the underwater park at Casino Point in Avalon, CA, I saw something out of place in the kelp. Upon closer inspection, it was a pair of men's underwear - print boxer shorts, to be exact. They did not look like they had been there very long. I know this is a marine reserve, but I figured the shorts had just strayed in somehow, so I did bring them up and put them in the trash. I made absolutely no attempt to find the owner.

I think our doc was refering to the fact he's been diving with those two.... any you gotta admit they are unusual. Cute, but unusual.

Only daft things I've encountered was a bunch of toilets --- all in a circle around a pile of beer bottles. Tell you the sight of that had us all laughing through our regs, regretfully no camera so it's like the fisherman's storey "honest it was thiiiiiiis big"

Thanks dashio, I need that back, I have an audition next week!

Us cemetary regular divers are responsible for stratigically positioning (artificial) skeletons in various places and positions for the newbies.

Probably the weirdest thing I ever brought up was an encrusted treasure off of a local shipwreck. Salvaging is legal--the fellow who found it has established a museum around the major finds and runs charters for hobby divers. After careful debidement it turned out to be....drumroll...a glob of gree paint--hardened in the form of the can.
