It's definitely a first-gen Diva, but probably not 20 years old. I bought my wife that BC the first year it was out and I'm pretty certain that was 2003. At any rate, it's a good BC and she's still diving it. I wouldn't recommend putting a lot of weight in the non-lockable velcro pockets, but it's certainly fine for warm water diving.

The BC itself might be worth $50 max. It depends on what other stuff is included. Regulator? Computer? Pressure gauge or compass?

If your willing to spend $200 on a used BC, then I would recommend you put another $50 on it and take a serious look at the Zeagle Express tech. You won't have issues of will it fit it not, or if different thickness in wetsuits affect how it fit s..

Post up a list of what else is included. If its a bunch of old stuff (especially wetsuits and booties), you may find no one wants to buy it. Searching for the items on ebay will give you a good idea of their value.
