Inflator problem

Is anyone having problems with the inflators on their Golem Gear wings? Mine works when it is not connected to the corrugated tubing. When put on the tubing it does not power inflate. I can't find any obstructions and it is driving me crazy. Love the wing up to now. I sent a request to the company through their web site but no answer yet...
