Only if I can keep my vanity wording (letters), but yes I would be. You have some pull with the DMV?

Several years ago I tried this with my alumni organization. The rules have changed and while I'm not sure what the current threshold is, you previously had to have at least 1,000 commit the extra $25 above the basic plate charge. While the process may be easier now, I believe the minimum commitments has increased.

Second, you can't keep personalized plate language on a prestige plate. I have had a personalized plate for many years but have been recently tempted to switch to the Sea Turtle Center plate or the EarthEcho Wild Dolphin plate. Two great causes which directly benefit divers and the environment we enjoy and must protect.
